waste-to-energy plant

Industry Overview:

Waste-to-energy plants in the production and operation process, the main areas will produce production and personal health hazards caused by combustible and toxic gases, so the need to install gas detection alarms in the above major areas, real-time monitoring of gas concentration data, early warning, preventive measures.

Solution:

Monitoring location: garbage pit, leachate trench, unloading hall, boiler room methane valve group, activated carbon room, oil pump room, acetylene sink room and hazardous waste temporary storage.

Monitoring gases: methane, hydrogen sulfide, oxygen, carbon monoxide, ammonia and ethane gas.

Data transmission: According to the site conditions to determine each monitoring area to install several groups of gas detection alarm, all detectors themselves have real-time data display and sound and light alarm functions, data and alarm information can be transmitted to each of the nearest area through the 4-20mA current signal or RS485 bus system digital signal form of gas alarm controller, and then through the RS485 bus system digital signal, GPRS Through RS485 bus digital signal, GPRS wireless transmission or other forms of transmission to the central control room of the hub control box, and then transmitted to the PLC or DCS system, you can real-time view of the site monitoring data, multiple safety monitoring to ensure production and personal safety.

Program composition:

Gas detection and alarm instrument, gas alarm controller, shielded cable, optical fiber, wireless module, hub, switch, PLC, DCS, client gas online monitoring software platform, monitoring center monitoring platform system, etc..
